Leticia Herrera is President of ECI, a Chicago-based company she founded in 1989. In her role as President, Ms. Herrera oversees all phases of the firm’s operations, and is directly involved with clients to develop long range preventative maintenance and restoration programs designed to reduce repair, and replacement costs and maximize the useful life of buildings, equipment and their components. She also directs all marketing and strategic planning for the company.
